Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Our Services
We provide residential and light-commercial plumbing services, including drain cleaning, water heater repair and installation, leak detection and repair, repiping, sewer and trenchless repair, and 24/7 emergency service throughout the greater Columbus area. Service availability may vary by location.
Estimates & Pricing
We provide written estimates before performing work. Estimates are based on the information available at the time and the condition of your equipment. If additional issues are discovered during service, we will discuss them and obtain your approval before proceeding. Diagnostic fees, where applicable, are disclosed in advance.
Scheduling & Cancellations
We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled window, but arrival times may be affected by emergencies, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
Warranties
Workmanship and parts warranties vary by service and are described in your written estimate or invoice. Manufacturer warranties on installed equipment are governed by the manufacturer's terms and may require documented maintenance to remain valid. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
